Meal Plan 2000-2200 kcal, is our most generic meal plan, suitable for men with a relaxed lifestyle or athletic women.

This plan has been exclusively developed by our in-house chef, then meticulously reviewed by a registered holistic nutritionist, so that you can confidently enjoy delicious  healthy meals all day while being certain that the food you consume is both healthy and contains a perfect balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

We save you time and effort by eliminating the need for shopping, cooking, dish washing, calorie counting, etc. As a result  you can focus on what really matters. Our meal plans are prepared fresh daily from the freshest produce and delivered right to your door.

Reminder: It is possible to order a multitude of weeks or months. The menu for week 1 occurs every odd week and the menu for week 2 in every even week.
